毛泽东奶茶可不是毛爷爷喝过的奶茶，而是研创者王明宗先生视毛泽东为传奇人物，故将招牌饮料命名毛泽东奶茶。毛泽东奶茶，最早位于模范街，以民国92年有王明宗先生创设的恋恋红楼贩售而闻名，以金门58度高粱酒与玫瑰花瓣，加上进口红茶，以特殊比例调配而成，酒香醇厚，甘甜清冽。后来王先生在水头聚落开设分店，即为风狮爷文物坊（咖啡馆），是我们游玩金门必去之地。
